What CompliCloud is

CompliCloud stores compliance documents, tracks their expiry dates, sends reminders, and lets you share your compliance status through links you create. You need an account to use it, and you are responsible for what happens under your login.

Plans and payment

• New accounts include a free 7-day trial with 3 documents, reminders 30 days ahead, and 1 share link. When the trial ends, adding and editing documents, alerts, and share links stop until you subscribe; your documents remain viewable and downloadable.
• Pro is $19 a month billed yearly ($228), or $24 month to month. Business is $49 a month billed yearly ($588), or $59 month to month. Each lifts more limits.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then your account becomes read-only (your documents are never deleted, and you can view and download them anytime).
• Nothing is deleted when you downgrade; you just cannot add beyond the free limits.

Text message (SMS) reminders

The program.CompliCloud sends optional document-expiry reminders by text message to paying subscribers who ask for them. These are account notifications about your own compliance documents — never marketing, promotions, or third-party messages.

How you opt in. Text reminders are off by default. You turn them on yourself, inside your own CompliCloud account: open the Settings page, enter your mobile number, and tick the SMSbox under “Text reminders.” Before you enable it, that box shows this consent line: “By enabling SMS or WhatsApp you agree to receive automated reminder texts about your documents. Message & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.” No one is enrolled without taking this step, and your number is used only to send these reminders.

What the messages look like. A typical reminder reads: “CompliCloud: General liability insurance expires in 7 days. Open your dashboard: https://compli-cloud.com/dashboard”

Message frequency.Frequency varies and depends on how many documents you track and when they expire — there is no fixed schedule and no recurring bulk sends. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help; you can also switch SMS off in Settings. Opting out of texts does not affect your email reminders or your account.

Your privacy. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it or your SMS opt-in with any third parties for their own marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your phone number is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your documents

Documents you upload remain yours. We claim no rights over them beyond storing and displaying them to run the service. Do not upload anything illegal or anything you have no right to hold.

The important honest part

CompliCloud is a reminder tool, not a compliance guarantee and not legal advice. Reminders depend on the expiry dates you enter being correct and on email reaching you. Staying compliant with the rules of your trade remains your responsibility. Our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Fair use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the service, access other people’s data, or resell it without our agreement. We can suspend accounts that do.

Ending things

You can delete your account whenever you want. We can end or change the service with reasonable notice by email; if we ever shut down, you get at least 30 days to download your documents.
